I’m a theoretical physicist working on mathematical and computational models of evolution.
I got my degree from U.N.A.M. (México) and my PhD from the University of Manchester under the supervision of prof. Alan J. McKane.

Since 2014 I’m based at The Sainsbury Laboratory, studying evolution and co-evoultion of host-pathogen systems in plants, within the Bioinformatics team lead by Dr. Dan Maclean.
